Set 3: 16 cts. - Soul in floor 16 / hold 4 attitude, reach
Set 4: 4 cts. - Stand up, breath 2 & / jazz run 3 & 4 &
Set 5: 4 cts. - Double Pas de Chat, throw L, throw R
Set 6: 4 cts. - Chaînés turn 5&6, down 6&, wind up & go
Set 7: 4 cts. - Arabesque, Coupé, Lunge, Coupé
Set 8: 4 + 4 cts. - Sauté's / lunge - down - up - down
Set 9: 10 cts. - "audience" to pick up flag (bend on 8, up on 10) (silk on R side)
Set 10: 8 cts. - hold 8 before toss
Set 11: 4 + 12 cts. - toss, carve turn, row, satellite
Set 12: 8 + 11 cts. - run, satellite, up & over 11
Set 13: 16 cts. -
Flags: Groups - around hand to flat (write your corresponding group letter once I give it to you)
Rifles: I think you're running to your rifle 8, then hold 8 - if that is incorrect then the counts for this rifle work needs to be altered to the correct drill sheet. That is why I stopped and only wrote in a few sets.
Set 14: 8 cts. -
Flags: down L, up, down L, down R / carve
Rifles: bring around front from back, Chassé / 45 line from lower L arm thru upper R arm with rifle
Set 15: 16 cts. -
Flags: around the back / nosedive up & over to back R 45 / satellite to L side / backscratch
Rifles: sauté carve, Passé turn
Set 16: 16 cts. -
Flags: icing on the cake / back R carve to FR 45 / turn to L with flag held at R angle / tuck under L arm
Rifles:
Set 17: 16 cts. -
Flags: around the back to tuck under R arm / tuck toss / attitude up & over flat bring to front / L turn at flat (icing the cake)
Rifles:
Set 18: 8 hold 4 hold 16
Flags:
8 cts. - slow upper R 45 / backscratch down 5, up 6, grab 7, prep for toss 8
4 cts. - single toss
16 cts. - pendulum / flourish (grab at splitting tape) / slow down to bottom R angle towards ground (this will be an 8 ct. move before the groups)
that's a lot of work for 18 sets . . . .guess i never realized how much we really do in such a short amount of time . . . this is going to be a fun year ^____^
